U need 2 know: That there is a moderate drug interaction btw the 2. Sertraline may increase blood levels & effects of strattera (atomoxetine) &. This can increase side effects such as dizziness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, & heart palpitations. Pls, closely follow-up w/ur doc the rx of the 2 drugs + inform her/him of other supplements, meds, vitamins & herbs intake. Homeopath meds r safe w/o interaction.

Strattera/Zoloft: No negative interactions at low dosages. Zoloft helps moods & anxiety. Strattera (atomoxetine) helps attention. If high doses, some increase strattera (atomoxetine) side-effects due to zoloft.

Consult prescriber: Sertraline (zoloft) may increase blood levels & effects of atomoxetine (strattera). This can increase side effects such as dizziness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, heart palpitations. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
