Debrox : Debrox used as directed is a good otc solution to remove ear wax. I am concerned why you relate the ear wax build up to the infection, unless your doctor looked at it and diagnosed this as being the cause. It sounds very logical but i would have thought that if a doctor looked at it and said there was infection, he would have given you instructions on wax removal and possibly antibiotic solution.
