Get checked.: If a person has a lung nodule and a history of smoking 30 years ago, it should at least be checked out by a doctor and preferably aspirated for cells, etc..There is almost no way to know what this is unless it is checked out by previous x rays, and the above tests to get more knowledge about it. Then the best course of action can be determined.
