Likely unrelated : Vocal chord nodules are often seen in patients with reflux or voice abuse. Thyroid nodules are commonly seen in many people. Many of them have underlying autoimmune thyroiditis. Lung nodules not uncommonly seen by ct scan incidentally and are often benign. That also depends on your history and physical. Not sure why you had this imaging done, but your doctor should be able to shed light on this.

Me too: This isn't normal. The only way to know for sure is to have biopsy of one of the nodules to find out the nature of the nodules.
