See a doctor: Immediately see the team that performed the transplant, particularly if you are on any immunosuppressive medications. You are a potentially profoundly immune suppressed individual and any sign of infection should be followed by a detailed evaluation and assessment of the need for and type of therapy.

Stem Cell Treatment: First of all, call the team who did the transplant. They are most likely the ones that know of all possible adverse effects of the procedure. Your immune system may be suppressed. Follow their advice. If they recommend for you to see a dentist to treat the infection, do as they say. The dentist treating you, needs to be in communication with the transplant team.
