Tapering meds.: Glad your medications are helping. Advise talking to your doctor to come up with a gradual tapering of the medication to avoid withdrawal or recurrence of symptoms.

Naproxen Chronic: Long term naproxen needs to be moniroted for side effects, especially kidney function. Some people take it for years. But naproxen can be stopped and no need to taper. It is stopped routinely "cold turkey" if one is to have surery to prevent petential bleeding. In your case if yu are doing well it might be a good idea to stop and see if it is still needed. If can be resumed later.
