Aleve and Tylenol ok: Aleve is naproxen which is an NSAID. Tylenol is acetaminophen which is not an NSAID. It is ok to take aleve and Tylenol or ibuprofen (Advil) and Tylenol. It is not ok to have naproxen (aleve) and ibuprofen (Advil) together. People should also make sure if they are taking cold meds that they don't have these ingredients in them already.
