I took two 220mg aleve yesterday around 9 or 10pm then took a 600mg ibuprofen around 2am this morning an my tooth is still killing me my appointment isn't until tomorrow what can i take now?

May need an antibiotic for treatment of your tooth. I would do an urgent consult with Healthtap for further treatment or see an urgent care specialist in person. On Healthtap urgent care we treat these issues all the time.

What you need is your telephone. Call your Dentist to see if antibiotics to limit the infection (will limit, not cure) are in order. If your Dentist's schedule precludes an earlier appointment, perhaps he/she can recommend a specialist Endodontist.
