i threw my back out this morning. i took two aleve (naproxen) at 8am . it is now 1:25p and i am still in pain... can i take another one?

Ibuprofen: Ibuprofen is more effective, can be taken 4 times a day. Local heat will help. aleve (naproxen) is taken 10-12hr apart.
