You question: (unfortunately) was not completed...You are the right age for clusters (but the "wrong" sex it's more common in males) CLUSTER HEADACHE (unfortunately) does not consistently respond to anti-migraine medications. You should be followed by a Headache Specialist/Neurologist for what appears to be chronic migraine. (BOTOX most recently has been helpful) Hope this helps! Dr Z
