Worth an exam: "right upper quadrant" pain is worth an eval. Could be gall bladder/liver, pancreas - all important organs to rule out for infections/stones. Could also be musculoskeletal if it's really just the ribs, but if it's deeper you have to rule out involvement of the abdominal organs. Other symptoms would also be helpful to discuss with your doctor when you see them. Hope it's nothing, but worth an exam.
