Probably Pleurisy : What it is isn't as important as what is causing the symptoms. If you tolerate anti-inflammatory meds-you can try Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen type meds. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a dr. Right away. You may need a chest x-ray, ct of the lung or more exhaustive workup if symptoms persist for more than a couple of days or any new features such as fever or coughing up thick foul phlegm.
