Pain on the left and right of rib cage but hurts more on the right when i cough, i also get hot sweat.

Coughing pain: If you are dealing with bronchitis, the vicious cough could be the cause. If you were older i would consider a cracked rib due to coughing. Could also be muscle spasm in the rib cage due to vigorous coughing. Safest bet is to consider seeing your doctor who might want a chest xray or a rib series.

Pulled muscle: Must likely, you have pulled a muscle in your chest. These heel on their own over about a 2-4 week period.
