Goals: Have her write down the goals she would like to accomplish with respect to the treatment of her anxiety. Team up with a primary care provider and go over the list. The primary care provider should be able to point her in the direction of a therapist who can help her accomplish these goals.

It is unclear what: Treatments have been tried. Over the last 55 years there have been new medications and treatments developed. She should consider learning some relaxation techniques (hypnosis) and progressive desensitization for the most anxiety producing situations as well as a medication evaluation.
