Sorry: It's unlikely. In a technical sense you are 'pregnant' if your quant is measurable, but it is very rare for a normal pregnancy to continue after a drop like that. Symptoms are not helpful for predicting accurately how a pregnancy is going. Best wishes!

Probably not: This sounds like a blighted ovum. A pregnancy has occured but never developed for a variety of reasons. I would suggest another HCG to be sure and if your blood type is rh negative have a Rhogam injection. It is important you follow up with your physician.
