With : With this past history, please check again quantitative next week hcg; if titer triples, you may be pregnant, but persistant molar pregnancy is remote, but possible.

Molar pregnancy: You need to have your bhcg followed down to normal if they increase or plateau (fail to drop) 4x in a row, then chemo may be indicated.
