Likely miscarriage: If your hcg levels are going down, it is very unlikely that this will be a successful pregnancy. It can take your body a week or two, sometimes longer, to actually begin the process of bleeding/cramping. You need to see your doctor to make sure the pregnancy is not an ectopic (in the tube), and if it is non viable pregnancy then you can discuss options with your doctor about treatment options.
