Hcg: Hcg levels rise in a variable fashion. I certainly wouldn't see anything in the uterus with those levels. Maybe ask your physician to do a progesterone level. A normal is above 8 in pregnancy and nonviable pregnancies and ectopics are usually (not always) associated with very low levels often times less than 2. Not every OB will do progesterone levels, but it won't hurt to ask.
