I am 7 weeks pregnant, had bleeding 2 weeks ago and passed a clot. hcg levels went from 3100 to 8000, sac has grown but couldnt get heartbeat.

Pregnant: HCG has elevated. In first trimester this should double every 3 days. A heartbeat can be detected by Doppler, but can be up to 10 weeks before this is realizable. If you had a vaginal ultrasound though the heartbeat should have been detected.
