I had a checkup yesterday and my total bilirubin is 1.6.does that indicate jaundice?

No: The total bilirubin isn't used for much unless you already have liver disease. I would check again next year unless you have some physical complaints.

Bilirubin: Not necessary . Jaundice is the yellow skin color and eyes . That amount is not to elevated. But you have to found out why. Check your liver, gallbladder, stones, viral infection , parasites , etc, . Go to your dr. Or gastro and do a complete check up.
