I was told i have a closed cervix and have to be dilated every 3mo to try and conceive, this was very painful, do i have other options for conception?

Absolutely: Cervical stenosis usually improves with cervical dilation. I'm sorry it's painful, a paracervical block usually makes this more comfortable. It's also unusual to have to do this more than once. Consider intrauterine insemination with or without ovulation induction. If it's that painful, maximize your odds and see an rei or an ob/gyn more experienced in these procedures. Good luck to you.
