Not impossible: it sounds like you have a diagnosis of cervical insufficiency and you have a stitch place to prevent dilation. The stitch should be able to holdyour cervix closed, however there are some situations where your cervix will continue to try to open anyway, such as infection. If you begin having contractions, get seen by a doctor immediately. Otherwise take it easy. Good luck
