What to do if you cut your wrist badly accidently but not bleeding?

How badly?: Very dependent on where the injury is & how "bad" this is. Is there any numbness in the hand? Any weakness in finger motion? If the injury is "bad" then it must be evaluated by a doctor to be sure that there is no serious internal damage.
