Silent disease: High blood pressure usually does not usually have any symptoms. You must have it checked. Optimally it should be less than 120/70. If it is above 140/90 its high and in between 130/80 its on the borderline side. Lifestyle changes are the best: limit caffeine, limit salt, lose weight, exercise, eat more fruits/veggies.
