See your Doc: You should have a full orthopedic evaluation. Which may including imaging studies to assure no other damage was done. One form of damage may include a tear to the fibrous rim of the socket (or glenoid cavity). This often referred to as a slap lesion. There could be other coinciding injuries. Get it checked out.
