No: A dislocated shoulder would cause immediate severe pain that would only resolve after the shoulder was reduced back into the joint. It is more likely that you damaged something within your shoulder when you had the injury. If you tore your genius labrum, for example, it would cause similar symptoms. Don't hesitate to be seen if you are having trouble with it.
