I fell on the arm rest of our couch, full force with all my weight on my shoulder blade. it hurts to move. could it be dislocated?

Not scapula: If your wingblade( scapula ) hurts u probably have a contusion to it; if u fell hard enough sometimes u can fracture the scapula bone( usually high- energy trauma). Scapula/ thoracic dislocations extremely rare. All ass. W/ high energy trauma. Make sure u did not dislocate your shoulder joint; if unsure go to er and be seen and x-rays . Good luck!
