Depression: Not sure what condition u r describing that is causing u distress, what medicines u r prescribed, what health issues u r trying to cope with. It is best to talk to your doctor about referral to a therapist to help u sort things out & recommend coping strategies.

See a Doctor: There can be both mental and physical explanations for your condition. Of course, it is not good to not feel like getting out of bed and you deserve to feel better. A doctor who specialized in depression or a board certified psychiatrist may be best, but you could start with your local medical doctor. It could be something easily remedied or it could respond to treatment after just a few weeks.

Treat the depression: Secondary depression whether caused by your conditions or stemming from them should be addressed and treated directly. This can effect the course and your treatment so tell your md about it.
