You may be: clinically depressed. It would be wise to speak with a psychologist. If you can't get out of bed it makes sense to get help as soon as possible. You may want to have a physical as well to be sure there is not a medical issue causing fatigue.

Call a friend: Call a friend to keep you company. Isolating yourself is not AT ALL a good idea. If you feel the problem is serious, have your friend take you to the ER and ask for a psychiatric evaluation for depression with possible med management, and a referral to a reputable psychotherapist. Having a friend accompany you during the initial steps can make all the difference in the world.
