Depression: If you are truly depressed consult with a mental health professional who specializes in treating depression, depression is fueled by a negative self voice so be careful to not let your internal voice have a life of its own, catch yourself when you hear the same negative records and re-arrange your thinking to a more realistic view of reality. Best.

Get up ; go even if: You don't feel like going 2class. Studies found that people feel better if they do. Reach out 2 a professional. When u are depressed it feels like u have no energy.. The depression blinds you to the fact that there are people who care. In therapy u can begin 2 get the depression under control and the world will not seem so cold and negative. Exercise is a natural antidepressant, so get up and move.
