Highly unlikely: There is no good reason to worry about dvt. Unless you had it before or there is a strong family history. Most importantly, make sure you get happy soon.

A tiny bit: Dvt's (deep vein thrombosis) are from a combination of three things, stasis, hypercoagulable state and vascular injury. Yes you have had a increase of your stasis (lack of blood flow) from staying still but unless you have other medical problems you are still very low risk. If your legs swell or you have pain in your calfs, follow up with your doctor. *.

Depression & anxiety: I agree with my colleagues that DVT is unlikely -- but if depression & anxiety keep you in bed for a week, you really need to be evaluated and treated! using xanax, (alprazolam) ativan, and lortab will not help energize you, either. Please see your doctor asap, so you can move forward with this process. There are good treatments (talk therapy and often, antidepressants) for depression -- and they help!
