Get stronger: Work with your doctor to come up with safe exercise program. The more you move and the stronger you get, the better you will feel.

Many things: Managing your pain requires a multidisciplinary approach. Some types of exercise, tai chi, and acupuncture can help. I have people do pt before exercising alone. The fda approved meds include: savella, (milnacipran) cymbalta, and lyrica. They work in different ways to turn down the volume on the pain. The medications can help but are not always needed to treat the symptoms of fms. You need good sleep habits.

Alternative Physician for neutriceuticals. Yoga (gentle) instructor. Aquatherapy (P.T.) instructor. Cannabis consultant & meds for pain, mood, & sleeping. Mindfulness Therapy coach. Licensed masseuse. Persons who pursued these improved.
