Several things: Pelvic pain can have several causes. The uterus or ovaries can be a source. The bowel and urinary tract can be other sources, infection can be a cause. Your fallopian tube would experience pain in the presence of infection or an ectopic pregnancy, none of those causes can be determined here. Please see your clinician for evaluation.
