Can be.: A hematoma is a collection of blood in your tissue and this can cause pain until it is resorbed by your body over time. Fluid in the tissue can be watery blood or serous type fluid that has collected in your tissue. This can cause pain but should get better every day as your body is healing. If it is getting more painful then you need to see your doctor to evaluate for infection or need to drainit.

Please discuss with: Your gyn cause I do not know the details but if you have that it can be drained, or sometimes the incision has to be opened and you clean it and get on antibiotics and then can be closed again with matress sutures if necessary.
