See MD: Abdominal pain in a woman can be due to female organs, GI tract, or a kidney or bladder problem. Infectionin the female organs is possibe but require aprompt medical exam.

Infection: If the pain is bilateral, then pid must be ruled out especially if you have had multiple sexual partners in the past.
