I had my left fallopian tube removed and ovary removed. and now i pee all over my self. its been 6 months. also i have to pee every 5 mins. ?

Avoid triggers: Oab is urinary frequency, urgency, and nighttime urination. Cut down on fluids, so you have less to "deal with" through your days and nights. Avoid bladder irritant triggers: chocolate, peppermint, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, spicy foods, carbonated beverages, and Splenda. If those things don't help, then you may need detrol, toviaz, or vesicare (solifenacin). Start bladder retraining and timed voiding.
