Hysteroscopy and d&c can also see my internal organs? like ovary and fallopian tubes ? because my left ovary painful so i presume it could be cyst.

No.: Hysteroscopy is done with a tube inserted into the uterus via the cervix and will not reveal the ovaries, tubes and others internal organs. With pelvic pain, do not presume; if it continues, see your health professional.
