County health clinic: Most counties have health clinics and county hospitals that can treat people who don't have insurance. If you are having pain, call to make an appt. You could also go to planned parenthood as they can give you birth control pills which can reduce cysts. If you really are in severe pain, this could be a sign of a ruptured cyst or a twisted/torsed ovary and you should go back to the er.
