I have a 61mm by 13mm by 31mm cyst on my left ovary. i'm starting to get really bad lower back pain.am i ok to wait it out or should i go to the er?

Sometimes pain: Having large ovarian cyst can sometimes lead to ovarian torsion. Should ask gynecologist if should have cyst removed. In some cases the symptoms of a twisted ovary can include lower back pain and feelings of dizziness, but abdominal pain and/or tenderness are primary symptoms. Back pain obviously can have many other causes such as stenosis, disc and nerve issues.
