Polycystic Ovaries: You may have polycystic ovaries. This could cause painful and non-regular periods. A visit to the gynecologist would be needed to treat this properly. This would not be the cause of an odor. The odor is usually an infection within the vaginal wall. An infection that will need an antibiotic.
