Diagnosed with mild pcos no acne,slim and long but ovulatory cycles,cysts on ovaries and slightly hairy. do you think i will get worse by time? im 22.

Varies: It is hard to guess how one person will progress with PCOS as they age. If you were to maintain a normal body weight then it is not likely that much will change with your PCOS. Typically birth control pills are used to regulate the cycles.
