Must see a doctor: Most cysts are benign and resolve on their own but they can rupture or twist (torsion) and cause severe pain and even be life threatening. Some such as dermoids or endometriomas don't go away on their own.You need to be seen. Try to find a free clinic. These are often available in large cities and some med schools are associated with them. You need to be seen.

GYN evaluation: ER's often times will say your pain is from a cyst, even when its just an egg cyst or follicle. See a local GYN and if possible see on associated with an FQHC (federally qualified health care site). They can usually do your visit at a cheaper rate based on your income. Also, apply for medicaid even if you know you will get turned down. Many hospitals have discount care programs for patients .
