Don't sweat it...: Many young children do this. There's really not a lot we do for it, and most children will outgrow it. My general rule of thumb is that i don't worry about grinding until we're talking about permanent teeth.

Nothing: Don't stress it as most children grind their teeth. It will disappear in time. Now is the age to have him start seeing his dentist. Be sure to help him brush and floss and be sure to make it fun (make a game of chasing the sugar bugs).
