Hemmoroids: The may not be gone, but when you are having no pain or bleeding then they are asymptomatic.

Depends?: If you have not symptoms, there is a good chance your hemorrhoids are resolved or resolving. It would also depend on what type of hemorrhoids you have, internal or external. Most have external hemorrhoids and they are usually palpable and most painful. Internal one usually cause bleeding with less pain and not palpable. If concerned, get examined. Other problems mimic hemorrhoids & r worse.
