No...: Hemorrhoids can bleed multiple times especially if you suffer of constipation and strain a lot. Sitz baths, topical steroids( like preparation H can help). However, if you are having rectal bleeding and have not been checked yet and hemorrhoids not confirmed you should get seen ASAP for examination.
