Depend: It depend on few factors Are you having any pain with that. Second do you have constipation and you have to strain. If you are having pain, then you are having a thrombosis hemorrhoid and the size will not go down unless you do a lot of sits bath in a warm water, or and a physician will take the clot out. If you are having constipation ,fix it ,too much straining not good for you hydrate well.
