Prob not hemorrhoid: Hemorrhoids do not have nerves so they so not hurt despite what the commercials say. Your symptoms are more likely from a fissure which is a crack in the skin of the anal canal which causes a cutting burning sensation. Usually from constipation. Can heal spontaneously
