Is it possible to all the sudden start getting migraines at 29 with no past history or family history of them? the headache i've had for 3 days feels like a lot of pressure bas of my skull but my doc wont do mri or ct

YES : Migraines can come on at different times in ones life. If the pressure continues, i would consider going to an emergency clinic or hospital where they might consider taking an MRI or a ct scan. Maybe a second opinion may not be a bad idea either.
