Poss but unlikely: What you're describing is more consistent with a form of muscle tension ha called a 'cervicogenic' ha; a ha 'starting in the neck.'frequently a vertebra in the upper neck gets stuck, pulling on neck & scalp muscles.The fix can be as simple as osteopathic manipulation to the neck & head.A good history & phys incl osteopathic hands-on exam may pinpoint cause allowing easy in office treatment.

YES : Migraines can come on at different times in ones life. If the pressure continues, i would consider going to an emergency clinic or hospital where they might consider taking an MRI or a ct scan. Maybe a second opinion may not be a bad idea either.
