Lots of options: By itself, being thin is not a bad thing. You don't mention how tall you are. You should get a physical exam and some blood work to check for hyperthyroidism and other things that can cause unhealthy weight loss. If your exam and labs are normal, then your best bet is weight lifting and a healthy diet.
