Dentally Not Healthy: Vinegar is Acetic Acid and very potent in dissolving the enamel surface of teeth. Be sure to brush afterwards, preferably with a bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) containing toothpaste. If brushing is not available, then definitely rinse out your mouth with water.

Stomach balance: Your stomach is meant to be acidic so that it can break down food for digestion. Vinegar is basic and so drinking too much vinegar could disrupt the natural balance of the body.
